Upon receipt of cleared payment, we will direct the above information to you either by email, fax or phone within 72hrs or else you will receive a full refund.
Do I get charged more than one search fee if I am chasing 2 or more items?
Yes - the search fee is charged per item. As you can appreciate we are happily taking on the task you don't have the time to and it involves time and money.
What if you end up finding subsequent items at the same place, is the search fee still charged at per item?
Yes - again for the above mentioned reasons. It is a service we provide which involves a lot of chasing, time, money and phone calls. We keep our search fees to a small minimum so our chasing makes it worthwhile for you.
